PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING
These policies are in place for security of the business. I respect your time, I ask you kindly to respect mine too :)

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:
• Your appointment time has been reserved just for you, therefore we require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
• If 24 hours notice is not given, your Booking Fee will be forfeited and you will be required to pay a new Booking Fee to secure the next appointment. This includes rescheduling. We understand that emergencies can happen but the Booking Fee is in place for this reason.
• NEW CLIENT booking fee: If you are a new client and have given minimum 48 hours notice of cancelling, a refund can be discussed. Less than 48 hours notice and you will forfeit the booking fee.

NO SHOWS: If it has been 10 minutes or over your appointment time and there has been no contact from you, this is classed as a No Show and your appointment will be voided and your Booking Fee will be held as a cancellation fee. A new Booking Fee will need to be paid upon rebooking. Please get in contact if you know you will be late to make sure your appointment can still go ahead. Please do not show up to your appointment late without getting in contact as your appointment may not be able to be completed.

BOOKING FEE/PAYMENT POLICIES
• Every client will be required to pay a Booking Fee to secure their appointment. Booking Fees vary between services.
• Your Booking Fee will be taken off at the time of the appointment only if a future appointment will not be booked.
• If you rebook in salon, you will be required to keep a Booking Fee on your account to secure upcoming appointments.
• The booking fee is strictly non-refundable. The Booking Fee must be used on either product or a service. It can be transferred to a friend or family member.
• Please note the Booking Fee is upheld for security of the business.
• All payments must be finalised at time of appointment. We accept cash and eftpos (1.9% surcharge on eftpos). Please have exact cash if possible.
• When you book with Dreamlust Artistry, you understand and accept the risks of potentially forfeiting your Booking Fee if you are unable to attend your appointment without 24 hours notice.

LATE POLICY:
• Each service has a set time in place. If you are late to your appointment this will cut into your service time and we cannot guarantee that the service will be completed in full. We do not inconvenience other clients booked in after you so we will not cut into their time.
• Full payment of service is still required if you are late.

GENERAL POLICIES:
• Clients must agree all policies when booking their appointment.
• Products are non refundable and cannot be returned.
• All services are strictly non-refundable, no exceptions. Time and product cannot be taken back.
• For the health and safety for not only myself but also other clients, I have a strict no plus one rule which also includes parents. Please get in contact if a guardian MUST be by your side during your appointment. Thank you for understanding. This also includes children, no exceptions unless urgent.
• Pricing and policies are subject to change anytime without notice.

• REFUNDS: There will be strictly no refunds given. If you are unhappy with your service, you must let us know at the time of service to discuss a fair solution. When you book you understand and accept the risks of potentially forfeiting your Booking Fee if you are unable to attend your appointment without 24 hours notice.

BROW/WAXING APPOINTMENTS:
• Please wait 7 days post facial peels, skin needling, microdermabrasion or any other harsh skin exfoliation to book in for waxing treatments.
• You can come to your appointment with brow makeup on as it helps us determine your choice of colour and an idea of shape you like.
• If you are on Roaccutane or any skin medication, you are NOT able to be waxed. You must have finished the medication minimum 6 months prior.
• If you use retinols, AHA’s or BHA’s; stop use of products 3-7 days prior to your appointment.
• Please book in for a patch test if you have had an allergy to dyes in the past.
• It is your responsibility to keep your therapist up to date with new skincare/skin medications you are using. As well as excessive sun exposure. Failure to do so can result in skin lifting.
