★Please read and understand these policies before booking★

These policies help protect the time reserved for your appointment and allow Dreamlust Artistry to run smoothly. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
★Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling.
★ Less than 24 hours’ notice:

Your booking fee will generally be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to secure another appointment. This applies to both cancellations and rescheduling.
★ At least 24 hours’ notice:

Your booking fee will be retained as credit on your account and may be used towards a future appointment or retail products, subject to any applicable expiry requirements.
★ Unexpected circumstances can happen, and each situation will be considered fairly. Any booking fee retained will be subject to applicable consumer law.

Thank you for providing as much notice as possible if your plans change.

No-Show Policy
★If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time and have not contacted me, your appointment will be considered a no-show and may be cancelled.
★Your booking fee may be retained as a cancellation fee, and a new booking fee will be required to secure another appointment.
★If you know you are going to be late, please contact me as soon as possible. Please do not arrive late without contacting me first, as I may not be able to complete your treatment within the remaining appointment time.

Booking Fees and Payments
★ A booking fee is required to secure every appointment. The amount varies depending on the service, usually 50% of total appointment cost.
★ For attended appointments, your booking fee will be applied towards the total cost of your service.
★ A new booking fee is required to secure each future appointment.
★ Booking fees are not refundable for change of mind or cancellations outside the applicable cancellation terms. Where applicable, booking fees may be retained as account credit in accordance with the cancellation policy.
★ Booking fee credit may be used towards eligible services or retail products and is not redeemable for cash.
★ All outstanding payments must be finalised at the time of your appointment.
★ Cash, card payments and bank transfers are accepted.

By booking with Dreamlust Artistry, you acknowledge that cancelling or rescheduling without the required notice, or failing to attend your appointment, may result in the loss of your booking fee.

Late Arrivals
★ Each service has a designated appointment time. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your treatment, and cannot guarantee that the service can be completed in full.
★ Please contact me as soon as possible if you are running late. Depending on the amount of time remaining, your service may either be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled.
★ To avoid inconveniencing clients booked after you, I will usually not extend beyond your appointment time.
★ Any payment or cancellation fee will be handled in accordance with each individual circumstance.

General Policies

Refunds and consumer rights:
★ Change-of-mind refunds are not offered for completed services or purchases where no refund is required by law. However, nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you have a concern about your treatment or purchase, please contact us so we can discuss the situation and any appropriate resolution.

Retail products
★ Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Additional guests and children
★ To maintain a safe, hygienic and comfortable treatment environment, Dreamlust Artistry perates a no-plus-one policy. Please attend your appointment alone unless an accompanying person has been agreed upon in advance.
★ Children should not attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon.

Policy updates
★ Dreamlust Artistry may update its prices and policies from time to time. Any changes will be communicated or published before they apply to new bookings. Existing confirmed bookings will remain subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

Agreement
★ By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read and understand these policies and agree to them, subject to your rights under applicable law.
